Every month I do a giveaway here on Fearless Eating and I try to tie it in to something relevant to my blog.
Well this month I thought a good fit would be to give away this Hamilton Beach crock pot as I’ve been talking a lot about homemade bone stocks lately.
Last month I gave away a copy of new ebook, The 30-Day Heartburn Solution, and part of my 3-step plan to stop heartburn fast is to incorporate more stock-based soups and meal. Yes, bone stocks are great for heartburn and so many other digestive issues. I include recipes for the basic stocks and some stock-based soups in the book.
So when I asked my network of real foodies for a good crock pot recommendation (I desperately need a new one), this Hamilton Beach crock pot was mentioned as a great one. The reviews on Amazon are excellent too.
So full disclosure, I have not personally tried this one yet but I just ordered it and I’m excited for some of the really cool features such as the three cooking modes and the meat probe that displays the internal temperature (that’s SO cool!).

Love this giveaway! Thank you! We use our crockpot all the time. The one that I use now is my mother-in-laws and gets the job done but it is from the 80′s. I’m not sure how long it will last
