Nutritional Therapy is a cutting edge, new form of nutritional counseling. The aim of this site is to provide you with some basic information about Nutritional Therapy and how it can benefit you.  Please read through the information on these pages and contact me with any questions you may have.

This program is intended not only for permanent weight loss but also to teach dietary principles that promote good long term health.  It is offered both individually and in group classes.  For group weight loss classes I offer a free information session detailing the program.  If you're interested in hosting or coming to an information session, please contact me.  I can present this program in a variety of settings - your home, school, church, work setting, etc.  Workshops are forming now for 2010.

I also offer workshops on various topics of nutrition including General Nutrition, Digestive Disorders and Kids Health.  A presentation entitled "Nourishing Our Children:  Timeless Principles for Supporting Learning, Behavior and Health through Optimal Nutrition" is ideal for schools and parenting groups.
