Welcome to my second ever giveaway!
My fellow Long Islander, Dr. Jill Tieman of Real Food Forager has just released her new online cooking class, Go Grain Free: Cooking for Healing and Ancestral Diets
And she’s giving one away for free! That’s a $199 value.
I met Jill speak at last year’s Weston Price Foundation conference and was impressed with her passion and knowledge for real food. Just check out her great blog, Real Food Forager.
Best of all, she’s from Long Island! That’s where I grew up (Port Jefferson, to be exact). And boy do I know A LOT of Long Islanders who could use this class (to put it mildly).
Contrary to what you hear in the media, going grain-free can totally transform your health. I recommend it to all of my clients, especially those with chronic digestive issues and autoimmune diseases.
Or maybe you’re looking to lose weight? Go grain-free and see what happens. I bet the weight will start dropping off.
Furthermore, this class can be so valuable if you have a young child who suffers from health issues. Grains can be really damaging to kids’ growing bodies. Of course, kids can be picky eaters so learning to cook their favorite foods with grain-free recipes can be so very helpful.
Of course, going grain-free is easier said than done. So much of our standard American diet revolves around cheap, quick grain products like breakfast cereals, muffins, breads and pasta.
That’s why Jill’s class is so valuable. In this 12-week class you’ll learn how to make all your meals grain-free. Nor does that mean you have to give up your favorite foods. Jill will show you how to use grain-free flours and make things like great tasting pancakes, waffles, baked goods and even pizza.
Follow the instructions in the Rafllecopter widget below. As you’ll see there are multiple ways to enter.
No problem. Go ahead. If you win, your money will be refunded.
The deadline to enter is next Tuesday, September 24th at midnight. I’ll contact the winner and announce him/her next week on my blog.
Good luck everyone!

Hi Susana,
Yes, it can be challenging at first to go grain-free. But with practice and patience, it’s not that hard. I hope you win!
Also, I don’t know if you saw the previous blog post, but you can save quite a bit if you get the class before Sept. 25th.

I would LOVE to take this class. I’ve been trying to cut down on grains, but it is a challenge as a vegetarian. I could definitely use some help.
Thanks Craig!

Great blog and resource looking forward to winning that course!
would love to win this to learn to cook and eat grain free
We are grain free right now but haven’t been for long and I would sure love some tips to spice up our menus!
Hope I win
Thanks!
Yes, I am from Long Island, boy and how could we use this information here!
While it is mind-boggling how utter untruths like eating Low-Fat for health and weight loss is totally inGRAINed in so many of us, it is not surprising given how much money has been spent to convince the public of this(How many servings does the Food Pyramid recommend? 10?). So much money is spent because there is a staggering amount of money made on selling cheap(highly subsidized), highly processed, shelf stable junk foods.
Let us convince others through our own health and radiance!
Eat Fat, Lose Fat, baby!
i would love an online class like this! i have wanted to begin eliminating grains in what i cook for my family but felt the task was too daunting. as single parent of 4, an online class fits into my life easy than a physical class. thanks for the opportunity of this great giveaway!!!
My family is grain free as of 6 months ago. I feel it’s the only path I would recommend to my friends and associates. I am eager to learn more!Thank you!
