Nutritional Therapy
Why Nutritional Therapy?
We are in the midst of a national health crisis.
Despite incredible technological advances, medical science has not been able to deter the ever increasing rates of chronic illness that plagues modern society. Americans spend almost one trillion dollars a year for medical services. We've been almost hypnotized as a country into thinking the medical and pharmaceutical industries can solve all our health problems and that we are making great strides in combating today's health issues. Nothing could be further from the truth. Despite the continuous onslaught of more and more drugs and more and more technological advances in diagnostic equipment we are not only not any healthier for it, we are markedly sicker.

Modern methods of food production have radically altered the chemistry of our soil, our water and air, our animals and thus our food and thus ourselves. Nutritional Therapy believes there is a direct link between industrialized systems of agriculture and the myriad health problems plaguing modern society.
To quote Thomas Edison, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his or her patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease".
